Fun filled week

Well last week was my Step-daughter Isabel's spring break so she got to stay with us for the whole week.We had tons of fun. Since we really didn't do anything when Ty,Kakala and Jayden had spring break we had lots of activities this past week.We went to the park like everyday where I got on the swing with my kids, put Josiah in the baby swing which he loved, went on walks, and played basketball. We went to Camelot park where the kids had wristbands that gave them unlimited access to everything. They mostly went on the go karts I think i got sick to my stomach watching them go round and round and round. We also went to build a bear with Kala's girl scout troop where the girls made bears and just had to get clothes for them. My Husband finally took me to Tony's pizza, he wasn't lying, that pizza is the best. This past Saturday we got up early and went to park to do a 3 mile walk to raise money and awareness for cystic fibrosis I was overwhelmed with emotions to see all the people come out and participate and this important event. On a funny note at the walk every time my husband saw a group taking a photo he would run and get in the pic, he had everyone laughing I couldn't believe he was doing that... LOL after the walk we ate lunch and ice cream. The ice cream was free so i think my kids had like 5 each and they were giving it away at the end so we took home 4 boxes.. Believe it or not I am ice creamed out.... By mid day it was time for Izzy to go home we were all sad to see her go but was so exhausted from the week.. Later Saturday night my husband and I went to stake conference where we were able to listen to some great talks...anyways we left the older kids at home and before we walked out the door our last words were DO NOT TOUCH THE ICE CREAM!!!.. and to (our not surprise) we got home they were all asleep WITH CHOCOLATE ALL OVER THERE FACES!!!LOL.... they got into the ice cream so now i have to lock the big freezer... anyways then on Sunday my dad came to town and he went and had a picnic at the park and just relaxed. The best part was playing catch with my dad it reminded me of childhood ... this week I realized your never to old to play catch with your dad, never to old to get on swings with your kids.. and most of all never ever trust your your kids home alone with ice cream.....

Here are some pictures from the week
